A lawsuit filed by Rolling V Bus Corp last June against Fallsburg Central School District in a contract dispute that arose out of Covid-19 emergency declarations has settled and was filed with the State Supreme Court yesterday (November 18). Meanwhile, there's a pending suit filed in late September by Liberty Central School District -with similar contractual issues - in which Rolling V is the defendant.
