Roy Van Hollander, the man found dead in Roscoe this morning of gunshot wounds and a suspect in Sunday's deadly shooting in North Brunswick, New Jersey, has ties to the area.

His late brother, Frank Den Hollander and his wife, Kathy, owned property in Lew Beach. The SullivanTimes late today researched the family name on the County Clerk's website and found the deed.

Frank Den Hollander died in February, according to an obituary. He was a retired sergeant with the New York State Department of Corrections.
