Editor's Note: Below is a copy of the full resolution passed 8-1 by the County Legislature on Thursday afternoon that will transfer the Care Center at Sunset Lake to a newly-formed development corporation. However, the public did not have access to this resolution at the time of the vote and The SullivanTimes obtained a copy exclusively early Friday morning.
