PARKSVILLE - Joe Peters, Sr. of Main Street here was served by the Sheriff's Office on Wednesday with a variety of criminal charges, stemming from the long - running dispute with neighbors Wade St. Germain and RJ Baker.
The SullivanTimes conducted a Zoom interview this afternoon with the couple (Baker at left and St. Germain at right in the window) along with their attorney, Michael Sussman, who practices in Goshen. Sussman is representing the couple in their civil suit.
